Return Policy

We want you to completely love your purchase, however we understand there may be times when you may need to return an item. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. 
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 days of your item(s) being delivered to us, pending the item(s) review to ensure it follows our return policy (see below)
All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates what item(s) are being returned. Without this your return may experience delays in processing.

Return policy

A return request must be initiated by the customer and approved by our staff prior to shipping the item back to us. Items must be unused, undamaged, unworn, unwashed and in the original condition and have original tags attached in order to be considered for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Items listed as non-refundable at the time of purchase are not eligible for a refund. Any item received by Cut The Cost that was listed as non-refundable will be discarded and no refund will be issued. 

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Trackable shipping is highly recommended and can be provided to Cut The Cost upon shipment of the item(s) by emailing the tracking info to returns@cutthecost.net

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

Exchanges

Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept exchanges as we cannot guarantee the item desired will be in stock once we receive your item back. You are welcome to return the item and re-purchase the desired choice as long as the returned item meets the return policy requirements noted above.

Cancelation Requests 

If you wish to cancel your order, the cancelation request must be received within 1 hour (60 minutes) after purchasing. Contact us at cancelorder@cutthecost.net. We will make every effort to honor the cancelation request, however cancelation requests are not guaranteed so please be certain before purchasing. Requests made after this time frame will not be honored as the item is likely in preparation of being packaged and shipped. 

If the item has been shipped, we cannot process any cancelation requests.
