Shipping policy

Intro

Prior to checking out please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly and includes all required and/or relevant information. This will ensure your package is delivered properly.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing time. This processing time is separate and apart from the time it takes for the order to reach its destination once it leaves our fulfillment center. Please allow 3 - 4 business days for processing and handling. This is an estimate and depending on a number of factors may change at our discretion. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays. Processing time begins once your payment is authorized and verified.

**We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Express shipping is not available to a PO Box

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any refund issued.

To track your order, enter the tracking number provided via email in our Track My Order page

Delivery Policy

We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. All claims of missing items must be submitted directly to the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or missing, meaning it has not been reported as delivered by the carrier, you must contact us within 30 days of the anticipated/estimated delivery date to be eligible for store credit. We will review on a case-by-case basis.

Out of stock items

If your order includes one or more out of stock items, we will ship the rest of your order and issue a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) out of stock.

Reserved rights

We will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences however we reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders from customers at any time due to but not limited to:

  • An excessive returns history
  • An excessive returns history involving items not in their original condition (including worn, altered, damaged, etc)
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
